Common questions
How fast will I get paid?
Eligible payouts can arrive in as fast as 60 seconds under normal conditions. Blockchain confirmations, network congestion, banks and maintenance can affect timing. Ghana mobile money payouts can take a little longer.
Do I need ID to sign up?
No. You sign up with your email and can trade and withdraw crypto without verification. Some features, like Nigerian bank accounts and account-based services, need verification.
Which coins can I trade?
Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Ethereum (ETH), BNB, TRON (TRX), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE) and Solana (SOL).
Which USDT networks are supported?
TRC20, BEP20 and ERC20. The app shows the networks available for each coin when you deposit or send.
What happens if I send crypto on the wrong network?
Crypto sent on the wrong network, or sent as a different coin, can't be recovered. Always check the coin, network and address before you send.
What is the smallest naira withdrawal?
The smallest naira withdrawal is ₦300.
Can I cancel a withdrawal?
No. Once a withdrawal is submitted it can't be cancelled. If a withdrawal fails, everything taken is refunded, including the withdrawal fee.
Can I cancel a gift card sale?
No. A gift card sale can't be cancelled once it's submitted. If the rate changes before you submit, the sale uses the new rate.
Do you accept Visa gift cards?
Not at the moment. The app shows every card we accept right now.
Are limit orders for cashing out?
No. Limit orders are for crypto-to-crypto trades, for example USDT to BTC at a price you choose. To get naira or cedis, use Sell or Instant Swap.
Can I get paid to a Ghana bank account?
Ghana bank payouts are paused for now. Ghana payouts go to mobile money: MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash and AirtelTigo Money.
Do payouts run on weekends?
Yes. Payouts run on weekends and public holidays too. Bank delays or maintenance can still affect timing.
Where can I see the rates?
Rates change with the market, so the app always shows you the current rate and the exact amount before you confirm.
Can I change my Astro Tag or name?
Your Astro Tag can't be changed. Your name can't be changed after your BVN is verified.
Can a deleted account be restored?
No. A deleted account can't be restored, and its email can't be used again.
